We will refund you the discount to the original payment method, within the date that the coupon code is valid, we will not issue any refund, for an expired coupon

How do I return/exchange an item?

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not happy and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to email us or call our Customer Service department at (305) 633-6384.

To obtain an approval number.  Once you have obtained your approval number And received your return label please follow these instructions to return your purchase

Make sure the item is in a resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned items that are used or damaged.

 

Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned item so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.

Is it safe to order online?
